I believe everyone is capable of achieving anything they want in life.

“Believe you can and you are halfway there”

My philosophy as a teacher is to breathe belief into my students.  To allow them to feel they are worthy and capable of greatness.  I want to help everyone find a sense of self-belief, self-esteem, self-worth and self-love.

I believe as a Panacea Project Practitioner I facilitate a journey of self-discovery and self-healing in a safe, non-judgemental environment allowing my students to find peace and harmony by following a simple system that can be practiced at any time.

I have a big heart and friends would describe me as caring, fun and optimistic.

I was first introduced to yoga through a friend.  My first teacher focused primarily on strength, her classes were challenging yet fun.  I soon discovered the great mental benefit of yoga; the postures were pushing me both physically and mentally.

“If you think you can or you think you can’t you are absolutely right”

I absolutely love learning about the power of the mind and how we can change our behaviour by changing our thoughts.  Over the years I have learned many great techniques that have helped me achieve this.

When I was first introduced to the Panacea Project by Kelly, I knew I had to become a practitioner.  The ethos of the project really spoke to my core beliefs.  I am proud to say I am among one of the very first practitioners to qualify with this life-changing project.

I am a certified Pilates and dance teacher working in the Bedfordshire area of the UK.

I really enjoy working with teenagers; I feel if we can help them see they can achieve anything at this age it sets them up for a successful life.

My classes are always challenging but fun and I always leave people with a sense of achievement.

A fun fact about me is I love to sit in the dark.

When not teaching you will usually find me swing dancing to some fab vintage tunes.
