I started my career in yoga after having my son, I suffered with a very problematic back so yoga was my savior. Previous to that, from a very young age I found my expression through dance. Music and movement have always been at the centre of my life through Ballet as a child, at home and socially. 

Yoga has given me another way in which to explore this area. I love to be creative with movement and this allows for a natural flow, but I also value the knowledge of how and why the body moves in such a way. As well as feeling free through movement I also love the discipline of ashtanga and hot hatha yoga. 

I was attracted to the role of Panacea Project® Practitioner through having a counselling background and also my voluntary work in Samaritans. I teach in a variety of environments;  yoga studios, gyms, corporate, schools and also 1:1s so the opportunity of working in a high risk environment that would totally push me out of my comfort zone was very appealing. I believe that the gift of giving something that isn’t materialistic is priceless and this is what I was put on this earth to do.
