The Panacea Project has delivered a series of successful projects, working with vulnerable young adults, supporting them to make positive changes in their behaviour. Yoga and wellness programmes in South and West Yorkshire prisons have inspired inactive and vulnerable people to manage complex issues and use activity as a tool to improve life chances. Programmes of activity in prisons have supported young people to manage stress and anxiety within prisons, as well as manage their lifestyle more effectively once back in the community.  The project has been able to build trust and rapport with participants, creating a supportive pathway for those within the Criminal Justice System and those at risk of entering the CJS.

We are looking to increase our partnership work with the Panacea Project in the future across Leeds and Bradford specifically and would highly recommend the organisation to other partners across the sector.
